Shrine Of The Forest God is a passion project developed solo based on the inspiration of simplistic art styles and environmental storytelling. Landed in a mysterious world, you must make your way to gain abilities, discover secrets, solve mysteries, and fight your way up to face the powerful being that awaits at the top of the mountain in this short, open-world adventure.

TAKE YOUR CHECKPOINT WITH YOU

• Set your resting place wherever you go!

• Stand in an open space and when prompted, you can move the checkpoint wherever you are. Entering this spot would also completely heal you and revive downed companions.

HACK-AND-SLASH COMBAT

• Slash, shoot, and fight your way through the enemies that stand in your way.

• Find weapons that aid you on the way, including a quick gun to shoot at a range or a deflector that will shield you from oncoming threats!

VISUAL DIALOGUE

• The world of Shrine of the Forest God is very interpretational, as you find out what happened around you based on what visuals you see around you.

• This includes the language that several characters would speak throughout the game.

• With little dialogue, you’ll find clues and hints based on what these visuals show.
