To access the Artpack right click MareQuest: An Interactive Tail in your steam library and click properties.

Go to the "Installed Files" tab and click browse:

The Artpack should be called "MareQuestAIT-ArtPack" in your game files:

If the folder does not exist right click MareQuest: An Interactive Tail in your steam library and click properties. Click the DLC tab and ensure the INSTALL button is checked next to the DLC. The file size should be a little over 500mb added on to the base game file size.

The default path on windows should be: C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonMareQuest An Interactive Tail
